Strategic Planning Workshops for Community Services Teams, City of Canada Bay Council and Burwood Council.
 
Theory & Practice was engaged to work with the Community Services teams from both Councils to streamline team functioning, social planning responses and internal communication protocols.
 
 
Research design, community consultation and strategy development for the "Step Up" Campaign against Race & Faith Based Harassment & Violence for the United Muslim Women Association Inc.
 
Through community consultation with young Muslim women and key stakeholders in the Canterbury/Bankstown area including NSW Police, health service providers and schools, Theory & Practice supported the development of education initiatives and capacity-building to fight race & faith based harassment and violence.
 
 
Community Services Audit of Northern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (NSROC) Members.
 
Using online survey technology, Theory & Practice surveyed member councils to develop a profile of community services program provision across the NSROC region, providing data which will inform and enable integrated service planning on a regional level.
 
 
Development of an Affordable Housing Policy for City of Canada Bay Council.
 
Supported by recent housing studies data, Theory & Practice conducted extensive consultations with local government authorities, community housing associations and employers in the Canada Bay local government area to develop a policy for affordable housing.
